Where We Ship

Continental US only. We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories, plant shipping restrictions and transit times make safe delivery unreliable to those addresses.

Delivery Speed

Our greenhouse partners ship from Florida (East Coast orders) and California (West Coast orders) within 1-2 business days of order placement. Most orders arrive within 3-6 business days of shipping, depending on your delivery address.

We don't offer expedited or overnight shipping. Live plants travel best on standard ground service with proper packaging, faster shipping doesn't deliver healthier plants.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping on orders $75 or more. Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on cart total and delivery address.

Weekend Shipping

Orders placed Friday through Sunday ship the following Monday so plants don't sit in fulfillment centers over the weekend.

Cold Weather

During cold months, we monitor delivery weather. If your destination forecasts below 45°F during transit, we may add Winter Shipping Protection (insulated packaging plus a 72-hour heat pack) to keep your plant safe. If forecasts drop below 0°F, we pause shipping entirely until conditions improve and notify you.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Tracking updates appear within 24 hours of shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If a carrier reports a package as delivered but you didn't receive it, contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We can help with the process but can't replace packages that tracking shows as delivered.

If a carrier delay results in a damaged plant, that's covered by the Arrives Alive Guarantee, email us within 30 days of delivery with photos.
