My Happy House Plants is an online plant shop founded in 2025 by Joey, a Chicago-based plant obsessive. We carry well-priced houseplants for anyone just getting into the hobby, plus a curated rare collection for collectors looking for something special.

No greenhouse team. No 20 years of horticulture credentials. Just a plant lover who got tired of overpaying at boutique shops or gambling on sad big-box plants — and decided to build the shop that should already exist.
